Camps - Refund and Cancellation Information

To book your spot, a 25% deposit is due at the time of registration. The remainder of trip cost is due within ten days prior to departure or at sign-in.

In the event a scheduled trip has inadequate sign-ups fourteen days prior to the first day of a trip/camp, we will notify you of your options below.

If you cancel within fourteen days prior to departure, we will keep your 25% deposit. *We respect everyone’s need to cancel, but this deposit will help cover our expenses to operate.
*For the upcoming camps, if you cancel before the fourteen day policy, we will refund your deposit plus a +$50.00 processing fee.

Sheek Group LLC reserves the right to cancel or reschedule trips due to inadequate sign-ups or for other unforeseen circumstances. NO REFUNDS WILL BE MADE DUE TO WEATHER, UNCONTROLLABLE ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS & OTHER UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES BEYOND OUR CONTROL.

In the event a scheduled trip has inadequate sign-up we may be able to offer the option of a discount on our custom guiding rates to allow us to still run the trip. This is at Sheek Group’s discretion. If it’s not possible, the trip could be canceled and you will receive a full refund.

In the event a scheduled trip has inadequate sign-up we may give you the option to apply funds towards a future camp.

Sheek Group is not responsible for any travel costs associated with canceled trips. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover the cost of cancellation and trip fees and accident insurance.

Sheek Group LLC reserves the right to cancel or reschedule trips due to severe weather or other uncontrollable environmental circumstances that make the trip unsafe to continue. NO REFUNDS WILL BE MADE DUE TO WEATHER, UNCONTROLLABLE ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS & OTHER UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES BEYOND OUR CONTROL.

A weather credit, or partial weather credit, can be issued for a trip that has been canceled or rescheduled within 48 hours of start date due to weather, environmental conditions or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

This decision is solely at the discretion of the trip leader and/or the directors of Sheek Group. Weather credits are not guaranteed.

Note: Weather credits are in-house credits that can be used on any similarly priced camps or guide trips within one year of date of issue. They are non-transferable. No extensions beyond the one-year expiration date.
